Materials:
Glossy Card Stock - white, black
White Tissue Paper
Spectra Art Tissue Paper - yellow, orange, red, turquoise
Diamond Dust paper for layering, teal, cut to 4" x 7 ¼"
Gold Webbing Spray
Spray Bottle filled with water

For the background piece, mist the white glossy card stock with water using the spray bottle; place pieces of the colored tissue paper on the glossy cs until it is completely covered. Mist the tissue paper with water to release the dye. Let dry and remove the tissue paper: cut into two pieces trimmed to 3 ½" x 6 ¾ " and 5" x 8 ¼ ".
Spray the black glossy card stock with gold webbing spray; let dry and trim to 6" x 9 ¼ ".
Stamp the image on white tissue paper using Kaleidacolor Creole Spice. Cut out the image and paste onto the 3 ½" x 6 ¾" piece of tissue dyed glossy card stock. Layer this onto the 4" x 7 ¼" Diamond Dust Paper. Layer again onto the 5" x 8 ¼" piece of tissue dyed glossy. Layer the whole thing onto the 6" x 9 ¼" gold webbed black glossy.
